	i'm grateful to my friends, I feel bad for them having to work around my family, but it's the only way we can ever do anything together as a group. I feel guilty for it, but i'm relieved to know they care about me to that extent. I love my friends.

	today I was supposed to go to a party, but i'm unable to because of my parents. they're strict and it just leads me back to feeling left out from the other kids. i'm almost an adult thankfully, but it's frustrating knowing i'm not going to be reckless yet they constantly put me down for it despite me not doing anything. just a small rant I suppose.

	上周的血常规检查白细胞有点高没敢给家里人说，今天复查血常规回到正常水平了但还是担心基因检测水平没有继续下降或者又上升生病已经把我和家人的关系在折磨之上变得更折磨了，唉快点结束吧

	I'm bipolar and I feel so bad for everyone around me. I am happy one second and wanna fight someone the next. Today, I was laughing, playing basketball and then I sat down and suddenly I wanna cry. I wanna die. I don't know what to do. My feelings change faster than I can adjust to. Or I'll be walking out of class and my friend doesn't wait for me and suddenly I feel lonely. I want to be able to change feeling when things happen not things happen when I change feelings. Ugh I'm so sick of this.-!
